硬表面清洗
Hard surface cleaning
左图表示硬质表面清洗中的实例,各种表面活性剂对瓷砖表面清洗擦拭20次后油污残留率的对比, SECOL对硬质表面清洗后油污去除率数值比其他非离子表活的油污去除率高。
The figure on the right shows an example of hard surface cleaning of various surfactants on ceramic tile surfaces. SECOL series show excellent soil removal efficiency compared with other types of non-ionic surfactants.
羊毛清洗
Wool Scouring
左图表示羊毛清洗中的应用实例,实施该试验时未添加纯碱,表示的是每吨原羊毛洗涤到含油率低于0.5%所需要的表面活性剂的干克数。 SECOLS的羊毛清洗力高于天然醇瞇和NPE的清洗力,洗涤剂耗量低,手感出众。
The figure on the right shows an example of application in wool scouring. No sodium carbonate was added to the test. Lab tank scouring results on 70s wool demonstrates wool scouring performance of SECOL is better than that of primary alcohol ethoxylates and NPE.
浓缩洗衣液
Formulations concentrated laundry detergent
左图参考文献[1]中配方(F1),并依据其备至方法配制浓缩洗衣液。将右表各配方样品一式3份分别于室温、(40士2)℃、(0士2)℃条件下放置一个月,同时做(40土2)℃和(-5土2)℃条件下各放置24小时的冷热循环实验。结果显示,各样品在考察前后的状态无明显差异,说明仲醇醚 SECOL-90、SECOL-70与实验配方用各原料具有良好的配伍性。左图还表明, SECOL-90、SECOL-70代替AEO-9、AEO-7或者异构醇醚用于浓缩洗衣液配方可以降低配方中溶剂的添加量。
Concentrated laundry detergents are formulated according to ref[1]. These sam-ples were stored at room temperature, (40+2)°Cand(0±2)℃ for one month,respectively, and were subjected to cold and heat cycles for24 hours at (40±2)°C and (-5±2)°C respectively. The results show that there was no significant difference in the state of the samples before and after the tests, which indicates that secondary alcohol ethoxylates SECOL-90 and SEC-OL-70 had good compatibility with other raw materials. The results also indicate thatSECOL-90 and SECOL-70. instead of AEO-9, AEO-7 used to concentrate laundry liquid formula can reduce the amount ofsolvent added in the formula.
洗衣液配方去污力对比

如左图所示,所采用浓缩洗衣液配方体系中,3种醇醚对国标皮脂污布的去污力没有明显差异, SECOL仲醇产品和支链醇醚对国标碳黑污布的去污力基本相当,明显高于直链醇。此外,还可以看出,溶剂在配方中对产品去污力的提高确实没有明显作用,设计配方时可最大程度地降低溶剂用量。
As shown in the chart. there is no signifi-cant difference in the detergency of three types of alcohol ethoxylates to sebum cloth,and the detergency of SECOL products and branched C13 ethoxylate to carbon black cloth are almost the same, higher than oleo ethoxylate. The results also indicate that solvents play minimum role of detergency in formulations thus their doeage should be limited in laundry formulations.
