流动点 Pour point

  右图表示各种非离子表面活性剂的流动点和HLB的关系。SECOL系列产品的流动点均比伯醇要低,和壬基酚系列相比,在HLB高于10时二者是相近的,在HLB低于10时,SECOL产品是远低于壬基酚系列产品。

The nonylphenols show the same pour points as SECOL in theHLB range above 10, but their pourpoints are much higher in the HLB rangebelow 10.

耐酸碱度 Chemical stability

SECOL系列产品对酸碱稳定,可以在很宽的PH区域使用。

(1)耐酸度

  在10%硫酸水溶液中溶解5%SECOL-90,回流煮沸4小时后仍均匀透明,其性能没有变化。

(2)耐碱性

  在5%氢氧化钾水溶液中溶解1%SECOL-90,回流煮沸4小时后仍均匀透明,其性能没有变化。

  Solution of 1% SECOL-90 in 5% aqueous potassium hydorxide is boiled under reflux. After 4 hours,the solution is uniformly clear and its performance unchanged.

湿润力 Wettability

  SECOL系列产品与其他产品相比,具有更加优秀的湿润力,可在较宽的温度范围使用。在低浓度下,具有更优秀的湿润力。

  右图表示对羊毛的湿润力和HLB关系。

  Compared to other surfactants,SECOL surfactants have excellent wetting power over a wide temperature range.At low concentrations,they have better wetting power.

Flg,shows the relation between the HLB values and the wettability on wool.

木棉润湿时间

  右图是各种表面活性剂不同浓度对木棉的润湿时间们可以看出SECOL系列品比NP-10和AEO-9具有更低浓度的润湿优势。

乳化力 Emulsifying power

  如右图所示,相同碳原子数,相同EO加成数,SECOL系列的乳化力远优于AEO-9和AEO-7。

发泡形状 Foaming property

  如右图所示,采用ROss- Miles法进行的发泡性状, SECOL具有独特的泡质和良好的破泡性能。PO封端的 SECOL-EP系列更是表现了优良的低泡性能。

去污力 Detergency

  如右图所示,相同碳原子数,相同EO加成数,SECOL系列对碳黑污布的去污力与其他产品相当。 SECOL-90对皮脂污布的去污力远优于AEO-9,优于1309。
